Yes. You can add NT Crime to your home screen on both iPhone and Android. It will behave like an app and allows features like alerts.
On iPhone, use Safari and tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”. On Android, use Chrome and select “Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”.
You can set up to two addresses and choose a distance for each. If a report is submitted within that distance, you will receive an alert. Alerts are optional and can be turned off at any time.
Events may appear on the public map quickly, but descriptions and photos are hidden until reviewed. This helps prevent people being named, identified, shamed, or falsely accused.

No. Submitting false or misleading information may result in content being removed and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Once submitted, reports cannot be edited by the public. If something needs to be removed or corrected, please use the report feature on the event to notify the admin.
Exact locations are intentionally not shown to protect privacy and prevent misuse of the information.
